Introduction
Ever since I was young, topics such as thinking differently, conflict, justice, equality, innovation and a different opinion have played an important role. Asking and paying attention to these topics is not always easy and certainly not appreciated by everyone. Of course, we all have an opinion and our own idea of truth and justice. Different opinions and thinking styles are inspiring but sometimes difficult when communicating with each other and working together. Thinking differently or providing dissent is extra difficult if the whole group does not value your different opinion (groupsthink). Change and innovation are often not created by people thinking the same way.
I find connecting and advising people who think very differently fun, useful and very inspiring and, in my opinion, extra important in these times of polarization. You are either for or against someone and there is no more room in between. My focus is on restoring dialogue and bridging the difference between people who think very differently. This can be done without people having to agree or agree with each other. With this "thinking together" approach, there can be free and equal thinking and talking together for example about an issue or problem. From my (dyslexia) characteristics, I have noticed how often I myself think differently than many people and that this can also be very helpful in creatively looking for other ways of working or a solution. I have experience with hundreds of cases and I am called in by hr-advisors, municipalities, company doctors, schools, profit and non-profit organizations etc. and regularly by individuals.

Location interviews: I work from The Hague, but my working area covers all of the Netherlands. I actually find it very inspiring to work outside the Randstad as well.
