My passion is guiding people in finding answers to life and career issues. The basis in this is looking for everyone's intrinsic motivation.

Therefore, the most important questions in my coaching are, "What makes you happy?" and "What energizes you?" A very good way to find out is the Core Talents Analysis. Every person is unique and this method does justice to that. This analysis also provides insights on many different layers, which makes in-depth coaching on life questions possible.

In coaching, my starting point is that you already have the answer to your questions within you. I guide the process to let the answer bubble to the surface. My core values are: safety, openness and warmth.

The methods I use include NLP, nature coaching and mindfulness. I have also followed a training to become a Dog Assisted Coach. Here I learned how to use my dog to come to beautiful insights. I am a very curious person and therefore like to keep learning. At this moment I am learning more and more about trauma counseling.
